Terms of Service

By accessing or using GateReady (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

GateReady is a flight deal alert platform that monitors award travel availability and notifies subscribers via SMS and email when deals matching their preferences are found. GateReady is an informational alert service — it is not a travel agency, booking platform, or financial advisor, and does not make bookings on your behalf.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may register using your email address via a magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gateready.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS alerts, you agree to receive automated informational text messages about flight deal alerts from GateReady. Message frequency varies based on your subscription tier (typically 2–4 per month). Message and data rates may apply.

• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message or disable SMS in your profile.
• To opt back in: Reply START or enable SMS in your profile settings.
• For help: Reply HELP or email support@gateready.app.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carrier charges may apply.

GateReady offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

All flight deal information provided by GateReady is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or travel advice. The deal scores and valuations we display reflect our algorithmic assessment of redemption value relative to historical benchmarks — they are not guarantees of value or recommendations to redeem your points in any particular way.

• Award seat availability changes frequently and without notice. A deal shown as available may no longer be bookable by the time you visit the airline’s website.
• Points and miles valuations are estimates only. Actual value depends on your specific redemption, travel dates, and fare class availability.
• GateReady is not a travel agency and does not book flights on your behalf.
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions, point transfers, or bookings made based on our alerts or deal scores.

You are solely responsible for verifying availability and pricing directly with the airline or loyalty program before transferring points or completing a booking.

The Service contains links to airline and loyalty program websites operated by third parties (“Book on Airline” and similar links). These links are provided for your convenience only. GateReady has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, availability, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before providing any personal or payment information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute deal data without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that exceeds normal human usage.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GateReady and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEALS WILL BE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO BOOK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GATEREADY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GateReady, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
